Appellant Continental Casualty was defendant in three suits on a contractor's license bond issued pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1152 as amended in 1961. The complaints of the appellees were filed solely against the appellant, it being undisputed that Gavlak, the prime contractor, was insolvent.
